Double-layered flange

Today, I was asked about "Double-layered flange."

Original flanges for most Rotary Paddle Type are made ONE-PIECE with a case..Their material is AC. If different material (SS400/SUS304/316), larger size, different standard (ANSI) flange is required, we scrape off the original flange, make it smaller to match the expected size, then, the other flange will be layered on it.

Cherry Blossoms

I just want to say hello to my customers from the country of beautiful cherry blossoms.  Scientific Name: "Prunus spachiana Kitam"　This photo was taken at Haradanien, Kyoto, on April 17. 2011.

If there are not enough space, contact us. We have several different types not only electrode but also cases. The smallest separate type head require approximately 110mm above the tank and 45mm width.

Also skinny electrodes are available up on your request.  

NON-CONTACTING DETECTION

If you have to detect the level of adhesive (sticky), corrosive, or coagulate object, it may depends on the dielectric constant (permittivity) of it, but you may be able to select our NON-CONTACT CAPACITANCE TYPE LEVEL SENSORS.

DRAWING AVAILABLE

We manufacture "CUSTOM PRODUCT" upon your request. You can at least ask us for the possibility even if it is not listed on our catalog. Our catalog is just an idea of the base products. Therefore, drawings are very important and effective tool for us to communicate and inform the detail of requested product. We communicate with our customer and create the "ONE" that fit with their requirement. Once we manufacture a product for you, we keep this drawing, probably, forever, because we may have a chance to receive an order from the next generation customers after 20 years.

QUOTATION

I appreciate many people asking for quotations on our products everyday. If you are looking for a replacement for existing product, it is nice to prepare the serial number of the product when you ask for its price or availability. If you have the number, we can make exactly the same one even if the original product is 20 years old.

KANSAI PRODUCTS

To whom it may concern about KANSAI products. As you all know that we are proud to have our products are made in Japan. Our factory is located 

in Osaka, that means over 800km (500 miles) away from the focus of those earthquakes. Our facilities were not damaged, we still have enough materials to cover your orders, operating as usual and will not delay the delivery for foreign customers. Also our products including equipments and materials used for them are not affected by radioactive contamination. If you have a question about the delivery of your product, please contact your local agent. If it is difficult, please contact us directly.

(For domestic customers, we may require additional time due to transportation problems. We will try to do our best to keep committed delivery date.)

AFTER DISASTER IN JAPAN

Due to the big earthquake and aftershocks around Northern part of Japan, we had severe disaster and are facing difficulties in communicating with many people. For our foreign customers, although we have not confirmed any of our facilities destroyed or damaged, we may delay the delivery of products due to scheduled blackout and transportation trouble. There are many people still missing and/or suffered by the disaster. Lifesaving has the priority at this point. I appreciate to your understanding.

EARTHQUAKE

We had a big earthquake near Miyagi prefecture at 2:46 p.m.. It was 9.0M and had Tsunami. We are still having medium and small sized earthquake in North. So far, all facilities at KANSAI Automation are fine, and no damages have been reported. It is difficult to reach us if you call our mobile phone. In case if you need to contact us, our office line at 81-6-6312-2071 is available.

AUTOMATION WORLD

We displayed KANSAI products at the exhibition, "Automation World" held in Seoul, Korea. 

FLOW SENSOR

MICROWAVE TYPE FLOW SENSOR "KFD" series. 

This is NON-CONTACTING Flow sensor that detects a size of grain.

You will be able to use this to find, detect, and/or avoid leakage, blockage, charging, and/or clogging. 

Introduced on TV program

KANSAI Automation was introduced on the TV program (Titled "Turning Point, Shrewd Man's Choice" 賢者の選択) in February. This program introduced the strategy of KANSAI. This was only in Japan.

AUTOMATION WORLD

KANSAI Automation is attending an exhibition, "AUTOMATION WORLD" held at COEX, Seoul, Korea during Monday March 8th to Friday March 11th.

Microwave Type Level Switch

MWS2 Type Microwave Switch is a level switch consisting of a transmitter and a receiver. MWS2-24TN(Left) transmits microwaves in 24GHz toward the receiver (Right/MWS2-24RN). If there is an obstruction between the transmitter and the receiver, it sends out the signal.
Screwed-Joint Type, Heat-resistant Type, Waveguide Extension Type available.

FLOAT TYPE LEVEL INDICATOR

KF-100 Series

Float Type Level Meter is not affected by environmental conditions. Reed Switches(SW) and Resistor(R) in the stem can detect the varying liquid-level. 

The R/I-Converter can transmit this into DC4-20mA current signals.

Explosion-proof Type available .

SLUDGE DENSITY METER

The ENV-200 utilizes the EEA (Envelope Energy Average) method that saves reception signal envelop and then calculates its energy, rather than using the reception signal’s amplitude change.

ENV-200 offers three types of sensors, such as spool-piece, tank-mount, and insertion type to accommodate all installation and application field demand.
