Float Type Level Meter is not affected by environmental conditions. Reed Switches(SW) and Resistor(R) in the stem can detect the varying liquid-level. 

The R/I-Converter can transmit this into DC4-20mA current signals.

SLUDGE DENSITY METER

The ENV-200 utilizes the EEA (Envelope Energy Average) method that saves reception signal envelop and then calculates its energy, rather than using the reception signal’s amplitude change.

ENV-200 offers three types of sensors, such as spool-piece, tank-mount, and insertion type to accommodate all installation and application field demand.

It can detect operational exceptions such as belt moving-off-to-one-side or meandering and protect the belt from break and prevent the conveyor line from any mechanical problem.

ULTRASONIC SLUDGE BLANKET LEVEL METER

KWS-100 is a high precision device measuring the submersible sludge level with the most updated technology of ultrasonic measurement. 

The housing is waterproof rated IP68. The automatic cleaning system prevents the sensor surface from a buildup. 

The algorithm based on our long-term engineering experience can avoid noises caused by an agitator, a bridge, etc., resulting in complete measurement of the indistinct sludge blanket in a digestion tank, a thickener and others. And yet it excels in a good maintenance and a high reliability.

 The KF-200 Series float switches detect the varied liquid levels in the form of altered ‘ON, OFF ’ of micro switch in that a magnet at the other end of a float works magnetically and mutually with another magnet in the terminal box completely blocked off by a separated wall.

* No power is required. It can reliably detect the liquid level.
* The inner structure being simply designed to be unitized, it can very easily be serviced.
* It can be used in various applications.
* Two-contact-output instrument can be available (Not available for Explosion-proof Type).


CLASS NK Certified products are also available.

Unfolding Paddle

Measure low specific gravity materials by increasing the area of the paddles without modifying a tank.

SERIAL NUMBER

If the label is torn or eroded and you cannot confirm the serial number, you can confirm the serial number of the Capacitance Type Level Sensor this way..  Open the rid, see up left side of the board.

Please check "SER NO" (Serial Number). 

The best way is to take a picture like this.

PROBE LENGTH

When we receive an inquiry, for example, Capacitance Type Level Sensor, product name is important but also we need to know lengths of earth electrode, insulator, and main electrode. It depends on the size of a tank, how you want to measure the object. Some application require longer earth electrode (above) but others may require longer main electrode (below). It is nice to have a serial number if you are asking for replacement.
